Kentucky and Indiana Regional Market Snapshot for November 11, 2012

This week, on the market snapshot for Southern Indiana, and the areas of Louisville and Fort Knox in Kentucky, we will highlight some numbers from the last 30 days in real estate.  

For instance:

  • In the last 30  days, homes in the Greater Louisville spent an average of 77 days (or roughly two-and-a-half months) on the market before they sold.
  • In the last 30 days, the Southern Indiana area sold 230 homes.
  • In the last 30 days, the Elizabethtown and Fort Knox areas in Kentucky acquired 165 new listings to put on the market & offer buyers looking in this area.
