The New “Curb Appeal”

Nearly 90 percent of buyers shop for homes online. Often, the first impression of a property is through photos on the web. The new “curb appeal” is the impression created when a buyer “pulls up” to a home on the internet super highway. Great photos will result in more views, more views will result in more showings, and more showings increases the chances of generating an offer. Competition at all price points in Louisville is stiff, so it is important to stand out among your competitors. Let’s look at my newest listing as an example of the power of HDR photography and lots of photos.
