The Greater Louisville area (including Shelbyville homes for sale, Oldham County real estate, Jefferson county listings, and other area communities), Southern Indiana area (including New Albany houses, Clarksville and Jeffersonville homes for sale, and additional Southern Indiana locations), and Elizabethtown and Fort Knox area’s listings are all included in this weekly page of statistics.

Numbers of how many properties were sold in the last 30 days (Greater Louisville = 571; Southern Indiana = 146; Elizabethtown/Ft. Knox = 103)
Numbers, like the average sales price of listings sold in the last 30 days (Greater Louisville = $185,479; Southern Indiana = $132,819; Elizabethtown/Ft. Knox = $160,093)
Numbers, as in the average number of days these properties spent on the market before the listing sold (Greater Louisville = 80 days; Southern Indiana = 120 days; Elizabethtown/Ft. Knox = 123 days).
