Regional Real Estate Market Snapshot for 8/15/10

Just wondering… think you can glean anything from these Tuesday market snapshot numbers?  Click on the image to the right to find out!

• The Elizabethtown/Fort Knox market has an average list price of $172,859 versus an average sales price of $164,150.  Their average sales to list price percentage is 96.7%.  This market has the lowest months of inventory at 7.4.

• The Greater Louisville market has an average list price of $236,953 versus an average sales price of $188,294.  Their average sales to list price percentage is 95.9%.  This market’s months of inventory is 11.6.

• The Southern Indiana market has an average list price of $165,488 versus an average sales price of $120,473.  Their average sales to list price percentage is 96.1%.  14.1 is the Southern Indiana area’s months of inventory.
