Regional Market Snapshot from May 30, 2010

Our Regional Market Snapshot is posted here weekly and highlights real estate data for real estate in the Greater Louisville, Southern Indiana, and Elizabethtown & Fort Knox areas.

Here are some examples what you’ll find on the Regional Market Snapshot.  You get tons more information by clicking on the graphic.

In The LAST 30 DAYS:

  • Elizabethtown/Fort Knox area real estate listings sold for an average of 97.8% of their listing price.
  • Greater Louisville boasted 2,135 new listings on the market!
  • Southern Indiana area properties lasted an average of 106 days on the market.

Check back each week for current real estate market information.  And if you’re out driving around and see ANY home for sale, just call 502-584-4663 (or 270-766-1011 in Elizabethtown), key in the property’s street number, and you can have instant information on the listing.  It’s FREE, fast, and convenient.

From there, go to to view pictures of and get even more information about those homes for sale.

Remember that the MLS data changes all the time, so the numbers will be 99.9% accurate as of the end of the day Sunday.  The data on the snapshot comes directly from the MLS websites.  We are not doing any special programming to produce these numbers.
