There is a plethora of information contained in this one sheet snapshot.In the past 12 months, the sales prices versus the list price of properties for Elizabethtown homes for sale, Jefferson County real estate, Oldham County real estate, and New Albany Indiana homes (along with surrounding areas) are as follows:
- Ft. Knox Area/Elizabethtown area homes sold for 95.6% of their list price.
- Greater Louisville area homes sold for 95.4% of their list price.
- Southern Indiana area homes sold for 95.2% of their list price.
